ankle sprain..akibat terlalu banyak berjalan..di sini...most of the people like to walk instead of using a bus or even driving!!!sgt memeritkan bgi aku yang dah biasa nak g lab naek kereta...x suke jalannnn....kaki saya sgt sakit....dan mula menampakkan kepecahannya di hujung itu!!huarghh
